If a guest has mistyped the recipients email address email address, you can resend the same order/card number to the correct address. Follow the below steps:
- Login to CardProv.
- Navigate to the Orders tab.
- Click on the Order ID of the purchase in question.
- You should now be viewing the Order Details. Scroll to the bottom and click on the blue link under the Items section.
- Upon clicking the Re-send Email call to action, a modal window will appear. In this modal you will find the To, CC and BCC fields. Update the address in the To field to the correct email address and then click Resend.
- After clicking the Resend button, you will receive a confirmation message that the email was resent.
